Are you aware of your gaps in knowledge and don’t know how to close them?
Is it time to take action?
In this 2 hour workshop you will learn how to improve your business and team’s performance by implementing 3 new structures. Each one of these structures, as a stand alone, has the potential to improve your team’s engagement and your bottom line.
Shemi Rubin will introduce the Critical Alignment Model (CAM). CAM is a 4 dimensional model that can be implemented in all areas of life. Shemi will specifically discuss this model in the business and leadership context.
Sheldon Morey will introduce the tool “Business Model Canvas”. The business model canvas is a tool to help to understand the business operation. The 9-element framework shows how to achieve a competitive and effective operation in the following 4 areas.
David Toohey will introduce the “The Ascendis Approach”. This approach is designed to give a ‘whole of field’ view of a business. It shows what is actually happening within a business, it’s performance, the strengths, weaknesses and areas benefit with attention.
